Our Mobile Services
Our promise to you is to provide the same quality of care to you in your home as you would receive in one of our sister companies’ outpatient clinics. In addition to ensuring top quality prosthetic care, we also recognize that you and your family need to feel comfortable with us being in your home.
How does the mobile appointment process work?
- When you set up your appointment you will be asked the best way for us to communicate with you.
Home Phone, Cell Phone, Text or Email. - The day before your appointment we will call to confirm appointment time, Covid wellness questions and verify the PPE you wish for the Practioners to wear.
We will call/text/email the expected arrival time with the treating Practioners picture. - We track our vans location at all times and your practioners wear a body camera during your appointment. Your confidence in your safety is our top priority.
Assess
We evaluate your current situation to determine the best course of action resulting in the best solution.
Adjust and Correct
At every appointment and after delivery you can count on us to make sure your new solution obtains the planned outcome with continued support.
Your Security & Safety
