How long will my appointment last?
Depending on what services we are providing. Appointments could last 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Where is the best place in the house to have my appointment?
Walking space is needed to conduct an on-site fitting and delivery appointment. For casting appointments the kitchen is the best location.

What should I wear at my appointment?
Wear what you would typically wear to our office so that we can evaluate you appropriately. For example: shorts, skirt or a dress works best for lower extremity care whereas a halter top, tank top or short sleeves are best for upper extremity care.

Is Restorative Mobile Service covered by my insurance?
Insurance coverage can be dependent on your provider. We will work with your insurance provider, just reach out to us and we will help you figure out how your coverage applies to our mobile service.

Will the mobile unit just go to my home?
No. We come to you and not just to your home. We can also meet you at an appointment with your doctor or therapist, rehab facility or hospital. We will treat you no matter where that may be.
